Senior Full-Stack Engineer — Backend Stability, Database Concurrency, Web & Mobile Long-Term Startup Engagement: Pre-Beta → Beta → Official Launch ============================================================ READ THIS FIRST — SERIOUS APPLICANTS ONLY You must answer every one of the 25 screening questions in the Mandatory Screening Questions section below to be considered. If you are not prepared to answer all of them in your own words and in technical detail, do not apply. Applications without complete answers will not be read. Answers that are generic, copied or AI-generated without your own reasoning will be rejected. This is the first of several waves. Applicants who pass Wave 1 will receive further waves of written technical questions based on their answers. Each wave is harder than the last. This is not a quick-fix job. We are looking for a long-term senior full-stack engineer who has worked at startups, has personally launched mobile apps to production, is available on weekends when launch work requires it, and wants to grow with the product. This is not an immediate money opportunity. We are a startup and funds are limited right now. Compensation during pre-beta and beta may not match the work required. We are looking for someone who sees the vision and is willing to do what it takes to get us to official launch, with a deeper compensation discussion once revenue is coming in. Delayed gratification will be heavily considered. Read Section 3 before applying. This is a fixed budget of two milestones of $900 each (Section 4). The work will take more hours than the budget covers, including weekends. Unforeseen bugs, engineering changes, and optimization are in scope. This position is extremely key. You will provide and execute the plans for pre-beta, beta, and official launch, lead the team through them, and work with the Lead Developer. Execution ability, leadership ability, and full launch experience are required. We are looking for a game changer. Make no mistake about it: the person we choose must be extremely skilled, thorough, efficient, used to launching apps, and able to move us through pre-beta, beta, and official launch. Please do not apply if you are not serious or not strong technically. Please do not waste your time or ours. To show you read this whole document, begin your proposal with the words “Root cause first.” Proposals that do not begin this way will not be read. ============================================================ 1. ROLE PURPOSE We are seeking a highly capable Senior Full-Stack Engineer to work alongside the existing Lead Engineer on complex backend, web frontend, and mobile engineering work, including backend stabilization, database remediation, concurrency correctness, performance under load, security-sensitive workflows, CI/CD reliability, and regression prevention as the product moves from testing to public launch of its mobile apps. This is not a replacement Lead Engineer position. It is a launch leadership and execution role: you will produce the execution plans for pre-beta, beta, and official launch, lead the team through them alongside the Lead Engineer, and do hands-on engineering to get each phase done. The selected engineer must operate as a senior technical partner who can independently investigate difficult defects, work collaboratively with the Lead Engineer, review and challenge technical assumptions, take ownership of assigned remediation workstreams, identify issues beyond the initially reported line of code, produce production-quality fixes and tests, explain technical findings clearly, work within the existing architecture rather than unnecessarily redesigning it, escalate genuine architectural risks, and help the team close difficult findings faster without introducing new regressions. The ideal candidate is someone the Lead Engineer can assign a difficult backend, frontend, or mobile problem to and reasonably expect: root-cause analysis → technically sound solution → regression protection → clean PR → validation evidence → handoff. 2. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR Technical strength alone is not enough. We are looking for a specific kind of engineer: - Full-stack depth. You can take on complex backend and frontend work: NestJS/PostgreSQL services, Next.js web apps, and React Native/Expo mobile apps. You are extremely experienced across a broad range of areas, because the scope here is broad and the team is small. - Startup experience. You have worked at early-stage companies where the team is small, priorities shift, there is no separate SRE, QA or DBA team, and you own problems end to end. - Mobile launch experience. You have personally helped launch at least one mobile app to the Apple App Store and/or Google Play and supported it through its first weeks in production. You understand that old app versions stay in the field and the backend must keep serving them. - Launch-ready availability. Weekend work is required during launch windows, release-blocking defects, critical regressions, load-test reruns, and milestone closeout. - Long-term commitment. This is an ongoing engagement, not a single ticket. We want someone who will learn the system deeply, stay through public launch and beyond, and grow with the product. - Belief in the product. This is a personal safety app. Defects here are not cosmetic: a race condition can mean a contact sees stale location, a recording does not restart, or an alert is sent twice. You must care about getting it right. - Execution and leadership. You can see what needs to happen, turn it into a plan, lead the team through it, and execute it yourself. You have full experience launching, from first testers to a public release, and you work well with a Lead Developer without stepping on their role. - A game changer. You raise the level of the whole team. You are thorough and efficient, you find what others miss, and you move the product measurably closer to launch every week, not just close tickets. - Payments, finance, and security. You can handle Stripe, Avalara, and QuickBooks, the platform’s internal financial management, and application security, and you understand the financial, technical, and security nuances between them. - Ownership without ego. You can disagree with evidence, accept review, and leave the code easier for the rest of the team to maintain. 3. THE VISION, THE PATH TO LAUNCH, AND COMPENSATION This is not a one-time opportunity, and it is not an immediate money grab. We are looking for someone who sees the vision, is willing to stick with it, and is willing to do what it takes to get us to pre-beta, beta, and official launch. Our path to launch: - Pre-beta — internal testing. A set of internal testers uses the product. The environment must be ready for them, and the bugs they find must be fixed and resolved before beta. - Beta — public launch, free service. We launch to the public, and people use the service free for a few months while we build our user base. The platform must be operationally ready end to end. - Official launch — paid service. This is when we begin charging for the service. - After official launch — growth. We build revenue and a strong base so that we can offer a decent salary long term. Compensation. As a startup, our funds are limited right now. Compensation during pre-beta and beta may not match the work you will do. A deeper and more reasonable compensation discussion will happen once revenue is coming in and we have built a strong base. You must be willing to work toward the vision of what we are building rather than immediate financial reward. The current budget is two fixed milestones of $900 each (Section 4). We are being direct: the work required to get us through official launch will take more hours than this budget covers, including weekends. Only apply if you accept that. Delayed gratification is required. We will weigh it heavily when reviewing every application, and Question 24 asks you to respond to it directly. If you are looking for immediate financial reward, this is not the right fit. Please do not apply. This document does not promise any specific future compensation, salary, or equity. Any future arrangement will be agreed separately in writing. 4. MILESTONES AND DELIVERABLES This engagement is structured as two fixed-price milestones. Each milestone is released when its deliverables are complete and meet the Definition of Done, with evidence. Milestone 1 — Pre-Beta and Beta Readiness ($900): Get the platform ready for pre-beta, then move it through pre-beta and into beta. First deliverable: the Pre-Beta Execution Plan and the Beta Execution Plan (see the Launch Execution Plans section), reviewed with the Lead Engineer and approved before execution begins. The engineer then leads and executes both plans. - Onboarding. Access set up within the Scan Authorization Matrix, local environment running, review of the Findings Register, architecture, CI, and open PRs. Within the first week, a written assessment of the top technical, financial, and security risks to launch. - Checks and balances. Required CI gates confirmed to actually run; regression tests added for every fix; evidence package on every PR. - Load stability. CPU and database statements per request reduced, transaction scope shortened, the 50-user load test passed on rerun, and support for the higher load tiers, with hosting recommendations backed by measurements. - Compliance and consent flows. Age, consent, and guardian-consent flows behave exactly as approved, including the payment verification hold being placed and released correctly. - Mobile readiness. Session state stays in sync with the server, background recording uploads are reliable, and closed-testing builds are ready for invited testers. - Payments (test mode). Stripe flows verified end to end: holds, captures, cancellations, refunds, and idempotent webhook handling. - Security review. Review of the pre-beta and beta surface: authentication, authorization, secrets handling, access control, and dependency risk, with findings fixed or formally dispositioned. - Audit support. Support for the frozen build and isolated environment used by the external audit, and fixes for its findings. - Pre-beta execution. Environment ready for internal testers; every bug found in pre-beta triaged, fixed, and resolved before beta, with evidence. - Beta execution. Public beta launched with onboarding, core functionality, and support processes operationally ready end to end. - Beta readiness sign-off. A readiness checklist with evidence, and handoff notes. Milestone 2 — Official Launch Readiness ($900): Carry the platform from beta through official launch, when we begin charging for the service. First deliverable: the Official Launch Execution Plan, reviewed with the Lead Engineer and approved before execution begins. The engineer then leads and executes it. - Carryover. All open bugs and engineering work from Milestone 1 and from beta feedback closed with evidence. - Live payments. Stripe in live mode: charges or subscriptions, refunds, disputes, payouts, and multi-entity handling, with webhooks that are idempotent and reconciled. - Tax and accounting. Avalara tax calculation integrated and verified; QuickBooks sync working and reconciled against Stripe; the platform’s internal financial records and reports accurate. - Production readiness. Load tested at the launch target, hosting sized from evidence, monitoring, tracing, and alerting in place, and a rollback plan. - Pre-launch security review. Findings fixed, secrets and keys rotated where needed, and basic incident-response steps documented. - Store release. Production App Store and Google Play releases, an OTA update policy, and backward compatibility with older app versions. - Launch sign-off. Launch readiness checklist with evidence, updated Findings Register, and handoff documentation. Unforeseen Work: There will be bugs. There will be software engineering changes, modifications, optimization, and other unseen work that is not listed in a specific deliverable. That work is part of this engagement, and the engineer must be able to handle it. Anything open at the end of Milestone 1 carries over into Milestone 2. 5. LAUNCH EXECUTION PLANS This position is extremely key. The engineer must provide three execution plans, lead the team through each one with the Lead Engineer, and execute on them. A plan without execution, or execution without a plan, does not meet this requirement. Pre-Beta Execution Plan (internal testers): Goal: the environment is ready for a set of internal testers, and the bugs they find are fixed before beta. Beta Execution Plan (public launch, free service): Goal: the platform is operationally ready end to end for the public. Onboarding works, the app's functionality works, and the platform is optimized so it runs without bugs or other issues and has the capacity to handle a large number of users as it grows. Official Launch Execution Plan (paid service): Goal: the platform is ready to charge customers, with payments, tax, accounting, security, and capacity ready for growth. Each plan must include: - Readiness criteria. What “ready” means for that phase, and the evidence that proves it. - Environment readiness. Servers, database, configuration, secrets, builds, and access ready for that phase. - Onboarding and core flows. End-to-end checks of sign-up, onboarding, consent, and the main safety features on real devices. - Bug triage and resolution. How bugs are reported, ranked by severity, assigned, fixed, verified, and closed, with target times per severity. - Capacity and optimization. Load targets for that phase, test results, optimization work, and hosting sizing for growth. - Monitoring and incident response. What is watched, who is alerted, and what happens when something breaks. - Go / no-go criteria. The conditions that must be met before moving to the next phase. - Rollback plan. How to back out a bad release or update safely. - Team assignments. Who does what, coordinated with the Lead Engineer. - Timeline and risks. The schedule, dependencies, top risks, and how each risk is handled. 6. ENGAGEMENT OBJECTIVE The objective is to strengthen and stabilize the platform (backend, web, and mobile) for launch while reducing the engineering time spent repeatedly diagnosing regressions, revisiting previously fixed defects, correcting weak pull requests, and troubleshooting failures that should have been identified before merge. The engineer will work on identified defects involving PostgreSQL, Prisma, NestJS, Redis, database transactions, connection pooling, concurrency, locking, retries, idempotency, background jobs, maintenance workers, the outbox pattern, compliance workflows, authentication, authorization, session state, evidence-write integrity, Stripe and webhook processing, Avalara tax calculation, QuickBooks integration, internal financial management and reconciliation, application security, Next.js web applications, React Native/Expo mobile client behavior and API contracts, load-test remediation, observability, CI/CD, GitHub Actions, and automated regression testing. The objective is not merely to make the reported error disappear. The engineer must determine whether the underlying technical, security, safety, compliance, concurrency, or integrity rule is correctly enforced across all materially equivalent execution paths. 7. RELATIONSHIP WITH THE LEAD ENGINEER The selected engineer will work under the overall technical direction of the Lead Engineer and is expected to complement the Lead Engineer, not compete with or unnecessarily duplicate the Lead Engineer's responsibilities. The engineer must respect existing architectural ownership, coordinate before making material cross-cutting changes, raise concerns with technical evidence, propose alternatives when appropriate, accept technical review, clearly document material technical disagreements, avoid unnecessary rewrites, and leave the codebase easier for the existing team to maintain. At the same time, the engineer must demonstrate independent technical judgment. If the engineer identifies a race condition, security weakness, unsafe retry, hidden regression, incorrect assumption, unreliable test, architectural inconsistency, or another material risk, the engineer is expected to raise it promptly and explain the technical basis. The engineer should not simply implement instructions without evaluating whether they are technically correct. 8. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND TECHNICAL CAPABILITY Minimum Experience: - 10+ years of professional software engineering across backend, web frontend, and mobile, with at least 3 years at startups or early-stage product teams. - Hands-on involvement in launching at least one mobile app to production (App Store and/or Google Play), including the backend that serves it. - Production ownership of PostgreSQL-backed systems under real concurrent load: you have diagnosed lock contention, pool exhaustion, or deadlocks in production yourself. - Demonstrable work you can discuss in detail: PRs, incidents, postmortems, or architecture you personally owned. Backend Engineering: - Node.js and TypeScript at a senior level - NestJS or a comparable enterprise backend framework - REST APIs, versioning, and backward compatibility with older mobile clients - asynchronous processing, background workers, schedulers - webhooks and external provider integration - distributed backend services and partial-failure handling - stateful workflow and state-machine design Database Engineering: - PostgreSQL internals relevant to locking: row-lock modes (FOR UPDATE, FOR NO KEY UPDATE, FOR SHARE, FOR KEY SHARE), MVCC, snapshots - Prisma or a comparable ORM, including interactive transactions and their limits - transaction boundaries, isolation levels, serialization failures, deadlocks - unique and partial unique indexes, constraints, ON CONFLICT - lock_timeout, statement_timeout, idle_in_transaction_session_timeout - pg_stat_activity, pg_locks, pg_stat_statements, EXPLAIN (ANALYZE, BUFFERS) - connection pooling (application pools and PgBouncer modes) - zero-downtime migrations on large, hot tables Reliability and Performance Engineering: - idempotency, retries, duplicate-request and duplicate-job prevention - race-condition prevention and final-decision revalidation - outbox pattern and at-least-once delivery - timeout handling, failure recovery, partial-failure analysis - load testing, CPU-per-request analysis, and capacity planning - distinguishing code inefficiency from host or infrastructure contention Frontend and Web Engineering: - React and Next.js at a senior level (App Router, server components, SSR/SSG, middleware, caching) - TypeScript state management, data fetching, and cache invalidation - forms, validation, error states, and accessibility - web authentication flows: cookies, sessions, CSRF, token refresh - security headers, CSP, and dependency upgrades of major frameworks - web performance (Core Web Vitals, bundle size, rendering cost) Mobile Engineering and Client Contract: - React Native / Expo app development, not only backend integration - native modules, permissions, location, audio/video capture, background tasks - EAS builds, App Store and Google Play submission and review - OTA updates, runtime versions, and API compatibility across app versions - offline-first clients, background execution limits on iOS and Android, chunked and resumable uploads Payments, Tax, Accounting and Platform Financial Management: - Stripe: PaymentIntents, manual capture and authorization holds, subscriptions, refunds, disputes, payouts, Connect and multi-entity setups - Stripe webhooks: signature verification, event deduplication, out-of-order events, reconciliation - Avalara (or comparable) tax calculation, tax-on-refund handling, and nexus considerations at a technical level - QuickBooks Online integration: syncing invoices, payments, refunds and fees; avoiding duplicate entries; reconciliation - internal financial records: ledgers, balances, audit trails, and reports that match the payment provider - keeping card data out of scope (PCI) and protecting financial keys and credentials Security: - application security: OWASP Top 10, authentication, authorization, session management - secrets management and key rotation - access control for environments, databases, and third-party consoles - dependency and supply-chain risk - security review of new features before release, and incident response basics Infrastructure: - Docker, nginx, Linux servers, DNS, and TLS - Redis - cloud hosting and sizing (shared vs dedicated CPU, managed databases, load balancers) CI/CD, DevSecOps, Observability and Testing: - GitHub Actions, required checks, merge gating, workflow debugging, actionlint - static analysis (Semgrep), dependency and secret scanning (npm audit, Gitleaks) - automated review tooling (CodeRabbit, Greptile) and judging its findings - Sentry / OpenTelemetry tracing and span structure - Jest, PostgreSQL integration testing, deterministic concurrency testing, failure injection, regression and negative testing 9. EXPECTED ENGINEERING LEVEL This role is intended for a senior-level engineer. A candidate whose experience is primarily CRUD development, experience limited to one layer of the stack, simple API integration, or ordinary bug fixing is unlikely to be appropriate. The selected engineer should be comfortable investigating situations where a defect only appears under concurrency; the problem occurs between multiple database transactions; a retry happens after an earlier side effect; cached state becomes stale during an asynchronous operation; two workers process the same record; a session terminates while another request is still executing; a CI workflow silently stops running an important test; a database timeout occurs after partial work; lock ordering creates deadlocks; a load test fails because of host CPU contention rather than slow queries; an older mobile build sends a request shape the backend no longer expects; a mobile screen shows a session as active after the server ended it; a web page serves one user’s cached data to another; or the visible error is only a symptom of a deeper architectural problem. 10. CORE WORKSTREAMS 1. Connection-pool exhaustion and idle-in-transaction sessions. 2. Long-running Prisma transactions and transaction-scope reduction. 3. Database timeout behavior, lock timeouts, and statement timeouts. 4. Deadlocks, serialization failures, and lock ordering. 5. Load-test remediation: CPU per request, statements per request, and host-contention analysis. 6. Background-job collisions and maintenance-worker concurrency. 7. Session integrity and recording-session integrity. 8. Authorization race conditions and revocation handling. 9. Cache/state reconciliation. 10. Compliance acknowledgement and consent concurrency. 11. Evidence-write integrity: durable record before any irreversible action. 12. Outbox side writes and post-response work. 13. Stripe payment-hold and webhook reliability. 14. Duplicate processing, retry, and idempotency correctness. 15. Database index and migration remediation. 16. Mobile client/API compatibility across app versions. 17. Observability: trace structure, worker visibility, alert quality. 18. CI failures, GitHub Actions reliability, and pre-merge defect prevention. 19. PostgreSQL regression testing. 20. Web frontend defects: auth/session handling, caching, framework upgrades. 21. Mobile client defects: state reconciliation, background behavior, permissions, offline handling. 22. Equivalent-path review. 23. Failure, timeout, and database recovery behavior. 24. Deployment-sensitive backend defects. 25. Stripe, Avalara, and QuickBooks integration and reconciliation. 26. Internal financial management on the platform. 27. Security review and hardening before beta and before official launch. 28. Pre-beta, beta, and official launch execution planning and leadership. 11. ENGINEERING STANDARDS (FULL DETAIL IN THE ATTACHED SOW PDF) The attached SOW PDF contains the full engineering standards that apply to all work: root-cause requirement, concurrency standard, performance and capacity standard, PostgreSQL testing standard, retry and idempotency standard, pull request requirements, regression-test and CI requirements, required pre-merge checks, review finding disposition, AI-assisted engineering rules, branch drift and merge safety, communication standard, required evidence package per PR, handoff requirements, turnaround and weekend availability, security and access boundaries, and the definition of done. In short: every fix needs a root cause, equivalent paths reviewed, a regression test that fails before and passes after, real PostgreSQL tests where the database is involved, green CI where every required check actually ran, and evidence. A code change is not acceptance. Weekend availability is required during launch windows and release-blocking issues. 12. MANDATORY SCREENING QUESTIONS — WAVE 1 Applicants must answer all 25 questions. An application with any question unanswered will not be read. These are intentionally difficult. For each question, explain the actual implementation, the exact sequence of events, the SQL or database behavior, the failure conditions, the testing approach, and the evidence you would use to prove the correction. Generic explanations of concepts are not sufficient. Where a question asks for SQL or pseudocode, provide it. Number your answers to match the questions. Short, precise answers are better than long, vague ones. Question 1 — Stale Authorization Across an Async Gap A request reads an active session and confirms Contact A is authorized (statement 1). It then performs a Redis lookup that takes 300 ms. During those 300 ms, another request revokes Contact A, terminates the session, and commits; the Redis cache is invalidated a moment later by a separate step. Redis returns an empty result, and the original request returns authorized: true, terminal: false, and no coordinates. A developer’s fix re-checks authorization only when Redis returns a live result. Your answer must cover: the exact race window; why the developer’s fix is wrong; the SQL for a final committed-state check, and whether it must be the same statement that reads the protected data or can be a separate one; what READ COMMITTED guarantees per statement versus REPEATABLE READ here; and what the response must be when the final check finds the session terminated. Question 2 — Read-Then-Insert Race With a Partial Unique Index A service SELECTs a Live Location session by (user_id, session_type, device_session_id); if none exists it INSERTs. Two requests arrive simultaneously and both INSERT. Only one active session may exist, and only when location_sharing_enabled = true and device_session_id IS NOT NULL. The code uses Prisma and runs inside an interactive transaction. Your answer must cover: the partial unique index DDL; why wrapping SELECT + INSERT in a READ COMMITTED transaction does not fix it; the INSERT … ON CONFLICT form that works with a partial index (including the conflict-target predicate); why Prisma upsert cannot express it; what happens to the surrounding transaction after a unique violation (SQLSTATE 25P02) and how a savepoint or separate statement avoids it; and how the losing request returns the canonical existing session instead of HTTP 500. Question 3 — Load Test Fails: Pool Exhaustion or Host Contention? A 50-user load test on a NestJS/Prisma API (2 shared vCPUs, pool of 20) served most requests but had repeated 20–30 second stalls. During stalls: pool at 20/20; several sessions idle in transaction holding session row locks; others failing with lock timeout (55P03); clients timing out at 18 s. PostgreSQL used about 14% of one core. Host metrics show CPU steal of 21–33% during each stall. Steady state is about 0.075 CPU-seconds per request. Your answer must cover: the causal chain from steal to idle-in-transaction to lock timeouts; why raising the pool to 40 would likely worsen it; what you would measure to prove steal is the trigger rather than slow queries; what code changes reduce exposure (statements per request, transaction scope, work after response); what idle_in_transaction_session_timeout and lock_timeout settings you would use and their risks; and when changing to dedicated CPU is the correct fix versus covering poor code. Question 4 — External Provider Call Inside a Transaction, With Unknown Outcome A worker begins a transaction, selects an evidence record FOR UPDATE, marks it processing, calls an external storage provider (up to 10 s), marks it complete, and commits. Sometimes the provider succeeds but the HTTP connection drops before the response arrives. Your answer must cover: what is wrong with this design under load; a redesign where no transaction is held across the provider call while still preventing two workers processing the same object (claim/lease with expiry); the state machine including an UNKNOWN state; the idempotency key and local operation record; how reconciliation queries the provider; and what you do when the provider offers no idempotency or lookup API. Question 5 — Unsafe Automatic Retry An endpoint inserts and commits an audit record, sends an SMS through an external provider, then runs a second database operation that fails with a serialization failure. A global Prisma extension classifies 40001, 40P01, P2024 (pool timeout) and P1001 (cannot reach database) as retryable and re-runs the entire interactive-transaction callback, which contains the SMS call. Separately, a connection drops after COMMIT was sent but before the acknowledgement arrived. Your answer must cover: exactly what each retry can duplicate; which of those four errors are safe to retry at the statement, transaction, or request level and why; how to handle the commit-acknowledgement-lost case; and a safe retry and idempotency design that separates database retries from externally visible side effects. Question 6 — Job Claiming, Crash Recovery, and Zombie Workers Ten workers claim jobs from a jobs table. A worker can crash after claiming, or be paused by the hypervisor for 30 seconds and then resume after its lease has expired and another worker has re-claimed the job. Your answer must cover: the claim query (FOR UPDATE SKIP LOCKED vs advisory locks vs a state-transition UPDATE … RETURNING) and why; lease expiry and recovery; how a fencing token or attempt counter stops the resumed zombie worker from overwriting the new owner’s result; and how you would test the paused-worker case deterministically. Question 7 — Reproduce a Race Deterministically Transaction A reads an authorization record, pauses, Transaction B revokes it and commits, then A returns protected data based on its earlier read. Your answer must cover: how you build a PostgreSQL integration test that hits this interleaving every time without sleep calls: separate connections or clients, the barrier or hook mechanism (for example advisory locks or injected test hooks), commit order, the assertion that proves the fix, and how you show the same test failing against the previous commit. Question 8 — Deadlocks, Including the Hidden Foreign-Key Lock Transaction A updates users then safety_sessions; Transaction B updates safety_sessions then users. After lock ordering is fixed, deadlocks still occur occasionally. Investigation shows concurrent INSERTs into recording_events, which has a foreign key to safety_sessions, while another transaction updates the parent safety_sessions row. Your answer must cover: the original deadlock cycle; which row-lock mode a child INSERT takes on the parent row; which parent UPDATEs conflict with it and which do not (FOR UPDATE vs FOR NO KEY UPDATE); how you confirm the cycle from PostgreSQL logs and pg_locks; how you reproduce it in a test; and whether automatic deadlock retries are an acceptable remediation. Question 9 — Authorization Bound to Mutable Identity Contact access is granted when contact_email matches the authenticated user’s email. The service captures the email, performs a cache lookup, and later compares against the captured value. Meanwhile the user changes their account email, and separately an access token issued before a password reset is still being accepted. Your answer must cover: both vulnerabilities; how the final authorization decision uses current committed identity (stable ID rather than email); and how you would invalidate older tokens (for example a session epoch or token version checked at decision time) without a database hit storm. Question 10 — Optimistic Version Guard A compliance acknowledgement row has version = 7. Two requests try to modify it based on version 7. Only one may succeed. Your answer must cover: the SQL and Prisma mutation that puts the expected version in the update predicate; why UPDATE-then-reread has a larger race window; how you tell “not found” from “stale” when updateMany returns count 0; and what HTTP response and client behavior should follow. Question 11 — CI Says Green but the PostgreSQL Tests Did Not Run During a merge-conflict resolution, a workflow’s YAML is damaged so that one step has no run: or uses:, and another step’s commands are attached to the wrong step. In a separate PR a test file is renamed and no longer matches the Jest test pattern. In a third, a path filter causes a required job to be skipped, and the branch protection treats skipped as passing. Your answer must cover: what controls catch each case before merge (actionlint, required check names, test-count assertions, JUnit reports); how you prove that each named PostgreSQL test actually executed; and how you configure required checks so a skipped job cannot satisfy a gate. Question 12 — PostgreSQL Test Isolation in Parallel CI Three integration suites modify users, safety_sessions, and compliance tables. Each passes alone but fails intermittently when run in parallel. Your answer must cover: how you decide whether this is a real application concurrency defect or test contamination; a disposable-database or schema-per-worker design; and how migrations, seeds, cleanup, connection strings, Jest workers, and parallel jobs are managed. Question 13 — Zero-Downtime Migration on a Large, Hot Table You must add a NOT NULL column with a foreign key and a unique index to a 20-million-row table that receives constant writes. Older mobile app versions that do not send the new field will remain in use for months. The migration tool wraps migrations in a transaction by default. Your answer must cover: the expand/contract sequence; why CREATE INDEX CONCURRENTLY cannot run in a transaction and how you handle that with the migration tool; what you do with an INVALID index after a failed concurrent build; NOT VALID plus VALIDATE CONSTRAINT; setting lock_timeout on DDL; backfill batching; and how old clients keep working. Question 14 — Durable Record Before Any Irreversible Action When a user triggers an emergency action, the system must notify contacts, may call an external dispatch provider, and may start a recording. The rule is that no irreversible external action may occur before a durable record of the triggering event is committed. Your answer must cover: the ordering across mobile client → API → database → providers; what happens if the record write fails or times out; how you guarantee the notification is still sent exactly once (outbox, idempotency); what happens if the phone is offline; and the test that proves no provider call can occur before the commit. Question 15 — Background Recording Uploads From a Mobile App A React Native/Expo app records in the background and uploads chunks. The OS kills the app, the network drops repeatedly, and chunks arrive late, duplicated, and out of order. Some chunks never arrive. Your answer must cover: the server-side design (sequence numbers, idempotent chunk writes, finalize step, gap detection, retention of partial recordings); what iOS and Android background limits mean for the client; how the backend tells “still uploading” from “abandoned”; and how you test it. Question 16 — OTA Updates and the Backend Contract An over-the-air update changes the request body for a compliance endpoint. Some devices are still on the old binary and runtime version and cannot receive the update. A backend deploy is scheduled the same day. One week later the OTA must be rolled back. Your answer must cover: deploy ordering; how the backend serves both request shapes safely; how runtime versions limit which clients receive which update; how you roll back without breaking clients that already sent the new shape; and what must never be changed by OTA alone. Question 17 — Consent Flow With a Payment Hold A guardian-consent flow places a small Stripe authorization hold (manual capture) for verification. In testing, the completion endpoint returned 400, consent was not recorded, and the hold was never released. Webhooks can arrive late, twice, or out of order. Your answer must cover: the state machine across consent, PaymentIntent, and webhooks; how you ensure consent is never recorded without successful verification and no hold is ever left orphaned (cancel/release, a sweeper, reconciliation); webhook event deduplication; and how you would debug the 400 from logs and Stripe test-mode data. Question 18 — Tracing: Late Child Spans and Invisible Worker Jobs In Sentry, each write request produces one HTTP transaction plus about 35 extra “Backend transaction” events. They share the request’s trace ID and start 20–100 ms after the response was sent. The maintenance worker produces no transactions at all; its only output is a client report of spans discarded with reason no_parent_span. Your answer must cover: why post-response work becomes separate transactions when its parent was already exported; why job database work produces no spans when no span is active; the fix for each (for example, a root span around post-response work and around each job run, with fixed, allowlisted names); and the cost and sampling effect of leaving it as is. Question 19 — Live Debugging Exercise Production symptom: a safety walk session remains active after a phone-call interruption, but the required recording generation does not restart. The UI still reports an active session. You have backend logs, mobile logs, PostgreSQL state, Sentry, and PR history. Your answer must cover: the actual investigation procedure: which session and recording-generation identifiers you trace; which state transitions you compare before and after the interruption; how you decide whether the failure is in the mobile client, backend, database, lifecycle recovery, or state sync; what evidence you collect before changing code; and what automated regression test you require before closing it. “Check the logs” is not an answer. Question 20 — Mobile Client State Out of Sync With the Server A React Native/Expo app shows an active safety session. The app is backgrounded, the server ends the session (timeout or another device), and the phone loses network for several minutes. When the app returns to the foreground it still shows the session as active, keeps sending location, and a queued offline action later tries to restart the ended session. Your answer must cover: where the client’s source of truth should live; how the app reconciles on foreground and reconnect (server state version, AppState handling, push or polling); how queued offline actions are validated against current server state so an ended session cannot be revived; what the backend must reject; and how you would test this on real iOS and Android devices, not only a simulator. Question 21 — Next.js: One User’s Data Served to Another After a Next.js upgrade, a signed-in dashboard page occasionally shows another user’s name and contacts. The page fetches user data in a server component using a session cookie. A CDN/nginx layer sits in front of the app. Your answer must cover: every layer that could cache the response (framework data cache, full-route cache, fetch caching defaults, CDN/nginx); how you would prove which layer leaked the data; the correct fix (dynamic rendering, no-store, cache headers, Vary/Cache-Control on authenticated routes); how middleware and cookies interact with static rendering; and the test or check that prevents this after the next upgrade. Question 22 — Startup, Launch, and Commitment This question is weighted as heavily as the technical ones. Your answer must cover: (a) a mobile app you personally helped launch to production: the app or store link if public, your exact role, the backend stack, and the worst production incident in the first 30 days and how you resolved it; (b) a startup you worked at: team size, what you owned, and one decision you made under time pressure that you would make differently now; (c) how you would prioritize if the launch date, a failing load test, and a Lead Engineer request all conflict in the same weekend; (d) confirmation that you can work weekends during launch windows and that you are seeking a long-term engagement. Question 23 — Payments, Tax, and Accounting Stay in Sync A customer is charged through Stripe with tax calculated by Avalara, and the payment is synced to QuickBooks. Later the customer gets a partial refund. The refund webhook is delivered twice and out of order with a dispute event, the QuickBooks sync job times out after QuickBooks accepted the entry, and the internal ledger now disagrees with Stripe. Your answer must cover: the source of truth for each record; how the refund and dispute are applied exactly once (event IDs, idempotency keys, state machine); how the tax on the refund is handled in Avalara; how you prevent a duplicate QuickBooks entry after the timeout; a daily reconciliation design that detects and repairs drift between Stripe, Avalara, QuickBooks, and the ledger; and how you protect the API keys and credentials for all three services. Question 24 — Vision and Delayed Compensation We are a startup with limited funds. Are you willing to do what it takes to get us through pre-beta, beta, and official launch, even though the budget is two milestones of $900 each, the work will take more hours than that, weekends are required, and compensation during that period may not match the work you will do, knowing the long-term benefit comes once we begin charging for the service at official launch and build revenue after it? Your answer must cover: (a) a direct yes or no; (b) why this vision matters to you; (c) a real example where you invested time and effort in something before it paid off; (d) why you would be a game changer for us, not just another contractor; (e) what you need at minimum to stay committed through official launch; and (f) what would cause you to leave, and how much notice you would give. Question 25 — Your Launch Execution Approach You join with the platform close to pre-beta. Internal testers are waiting, the last load test showed stalls, some compliance and payment flows still have open defects, and the team is small. Outline how you would take us through pre-beta, beta (public, free), and official launch (paid). Your answer must cover: for each phase, the readiness criteria, the go / no-go criteria, and the top three risks; what you would do in your first two weeks; how you would run bug triage and resolution with testers; how you would make sure the platform has the capacity to grow; how you would lead the team and divide work with the Lead Developer; and an example of a launch you led, what went wrong, and how you handled it. 13. WHAT HAPPENS AFTER WAVE 1 - Wave 2 and later waves — written follow-up. Deeper questions based on your earlier answers, plus a short code-reading exercise on a sanitized snippet. - A short, scoped trial task may follow before a long-term engagement begins. Each wave builds on the previous one. Applicants who copied answers or relied on AI without understanding will not get through the later waves. 14. TECHNICAL SCREENING EVALUATION Answers are not graded on terminology. Candidates are evaluated on whether they reason correctly through system behavior: identifying specific race windows, describing transaction boundaries, writing or accurately describing the SQL, explaining PostgreSQL locking semantics, recognizing unsafe retries, understanding idempotency across database and provider boundaries, building deterministic concurrency tests, diagnosing pool saturation and host contention rather than simply increasing capacity, distinguishing test contamination from real defects, designing safe migrations, understanding mobile client constraints, reasoning about CI execution rather than CI status, and identifying the evidence required to prove a correction. Perfectly compilable code is not required at this stage, but each answer must be detailed enough for a senior engineer to determine whether the candidate has actually worked on these systems. 15. HIGH-WEIGHT QUESTIONS Questions 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 13, 14, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, and 25 receive the greatest weight. A candidate who cannot reason clearly through several of these will not move forward, even with strong general backend experience. Question 19 receives particularly high weight because it tests whether the candidate can methodically investigate a real multi-layer failure alongside the Lead Engineer. Questions 22, 23, 24, and 25 receive high weight because leadership and execution ability, startup and mobile launch experience, long-term commitment, payments and security depth, and willingness to accept delayed compensation are required, not preferred. 16. AUTOMATIC REJECTION INDICATORS An application will not advance if: - any of the 25 questions is unanswered, or the proposal does not begin with “Root cause first.”; - several answers consist mainly of statements such as: use a transaction, add retries, use Redis, increase the connection pool, upgrade the server, use a mutex, add a unique key, run more tests, check the logs, use a queue, or CodeRabbit will catch it; - answers read as generated text without the applicant’s own reasoning, examples, or specifics; - the applicant has no startup experience, has not been involved in a mobile app launch, or cannot commit to weekends and a long-term engagement; - the applicant is looking for immediate financial reward rather than working toward the vision through official launch; - the applicant is strong in only one layer of the stack and cannot take on complex frontend and mobile work as well as backend work; - the applicant cannot handle Stripe, Avalara, QuickBooks, platform financial management, and security; - the applicant does not accept that the work will take more hours than the two-milestone budget covers; - the applicant cannot show launch leadership and execution ability, or cannot produce a credible plan for pre-beta, beta, and official launch. Any of those mechanisms may be part of a valid solution, but they are not sufficient without explaining what state is protected, the transaction boundary, the race being eliminated, database guarantees, failure conditions, partial-success behavior, recovery behavior, and how the candidate would prove the solution works. 17. PREFERRED CANDIDATE PROFILE The preferred candidate is not simply someone who writes clean code. We are looking for a full-stack engineer who has been through startup launches, sees the vision, is willing to accept delayed compensation to get us to official launch, can work next to the Lead Engineer, and can independently own difficult technical remediation: receiving a difficult backend, frontend, or mobile finding → reproducing it → identifying the root cause → discussing the solution with the Lead Engineer → implementing the correction → testing the actual failure condition → surviving automated and human review → providing evidence → handing the work back cleanly. The selected engineer should reduce the technical burden on the Lead Engineer rather than create additional supervision requirements, and should be someone we want to keep building with long after launch. 18. FINAL ACCEPTANCE PRINCIPLE The purpose of this engagement is not to increase the number of pull requests merged. The purpose is to make the platform reliable enough to launch and scale, and to reduce the probability that the same classes of defects return. Successful performance will be evaluated on: correct root-cause analysis + disciplined implementation + real regression protection + valid CI evidence + sound PostgreSQL/concurrency engineering + measured performance work + productive collaboration with the Lead Engineer + technically defensible closeout.

Backend Development - Develop backend services using Node.js or Python FastAPI. - Design and implement REST APIs. - Connect the application to PostgreSQL. - Implement user authentication and authorization. - Handle document processing and file storage. AI Integration - Integrate OpenAI or Anthropic APIs. - Implement AI-powered chat functionality. - Build document summarization features. - Implement structured AI responses. - Handle prompt engineering and context management. - Implement error handling and API usage monitoring. - Explore embeddings and semantic search where necessary. Required Skills - React.js and Next.js. - TypeScript and JavaScript. - Node.js or Python FastAPI. - PostgreSQL. - REST API development. - OpenAI API or Anthropic API. - Git and GitHub. Preferred Skills - LangChain or LlamaIndex. - Vector databases and pgvector. - Supabase. - Docker. - Cloud deployment. - Experience building AI-powered applications. Deliverables 1. Fully functional AI-powered dashboard. 2. Integrated AI chat functionality. 3. Document processing and summarization. 4. Backend APIs and database integration. 5. Proper error handling and logging. 6. Deployment and technical documentation.

Testnet & Mainnet Launch: Setup validator nodes, keyrings, sentry nodes, and network configuration. Requirements: 3+ years of Cosmos SDK development experience 5+ years of Go (Golang) experience Proven track record of launching sovereign chains Experience writing custom Cosmos modules Deep understanding of Tendermint/CometBFT consensus and genesis engineering Strong background in cryptography and distributed systems Bonus Skills: CosmWasm, IBC, ZK systems

Golang

Ad-Spy Platform (Meta/TikTok Ads, Shopify Sales Estimates): Engineer Who Has Scraped This Before

Fixed $2,500 - Intermediate - Est. Time: 1 to 3 months -

We are building an ad-spy platform for e-commerce sellers: the kind of tool media buyers and dropshippers pay for every month. Users search a library of Meta and TikTok ads, see how long each ad has been running and how fast it grows, open the Shopify store and the product behind it, and get estimated units sold and revenue per product, price history, a daily Top 10 of winning ads and products per market, and image search for the same product across shops. French-speaking market first, then English and Spanish. The design (38 Figma screens), the data model and the brief are finished. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR One engineer who has ALREADY collected this kind of data in production and derived numbers from it. You must have done at least two of these yourself, not read about them: - Scraped the Meta Ad Library at scale (your own collector or a published actor): you know how the result cap, the start-date vs delivery-date problem, EU vs non-EU data and blocks actually behave. - Scraped TikTok ads (Creative Center, Commercial Content Library or equivalent) and know what each source gives and does not give. - Crawled Shopify stores and obtained stock levels per variant (products.json does not give them), then turned daily stock changes into units sold and revenue, handling restocks, hidden inventory and failed crawls. - Built any metric no API gives (sales estimates, revenue, ad longevity, spend estimates) and validated it against reality. NOT for generalists. Knowing Next.js, Node and Postgres is the baseline, not the skill. If your experience is full-stack apps, CRUD APIs or UI from Figma, please do not apply: the screens are the easy part and they are already designed. THE WORK (fixed $2,500, 10 weeks, ~40 h/week) 1. Weeks 1-2: schema with append-only daily snapshots, Meta + TikTok ingestion (Apify actors behind our own interface, or your collector), Shopify crawler with stock per variant, S3 media, auth, staging - $500 2. Weeks 3-4: ads library (27 filters, fast on millions of snapshot rows), ad detail, landing-page to product resolution, AI analysis - $600 3. Weeks 5-6: products and shops with sales/revenue estimates, price history, product clustering across shops, daily Top 10 - $600 4. Weeks 7-8: image search (pgvector), suppliers, tracked shops + alerts, AI agent + MCP - $500 5. Weeks 9-10: TikTok UI, Stripe, admin with provider costs and job health, load test with real users, production - $300 Stack: TypeScript/Node, Next.js, PostgreSQL 16 + pgvector, Redis + BullMQ, Docker on a Hetzner VPS. Python-first is fine if you also ship Node. You get the Figma, brief, CLAUDE.md, reference schema, OpenAPI skeleton, seeds, fixtures and acceptance checklists per milestone. HOW WE CHOOSE By what you built and how you answer, not by badges. No Upwork history is fine. A GitHub repo, a published actor or a live product, plus precise answers to the questions below, is what gets you to the next step. Vague or generic answers (the kind an AI writes without having done it) end the conversation. PROCESS: questions -> short written exchange about availability and motivation -> paid 2-hour technical test (crawler + snapshots + sales from inventory) -> contract. Individuals only, no agencies. Start your proposal with the word "inventory" so we know you read this.

  1. Link to what YOU built that collects Meta Ad Library ads, TikTok ads or Shopify store data (Apify actor, GitHub, live product), with real numbers: ads or products per day, users/runs, how long in production. If it is private, say exactly what you can show in a screen share.
  2. Shopify: products.json does not expose stock levels. How do you get the stock of each variant from a public store today (exact technique, cost in requests per product, limits), and how do you turn daily stock readings into units sold and revenue? Say what you do when stock goes up (restock), when it is hidden, and when a crawl fails halfway.
  3. Meta Ad Library: ads outside the EU show no end date and simply disappear. How do you decide an ad has stopped? And when a page has thousands of ads and the library caps the results, how do you still get them all? Describe the real behaviour you observed, not theory.
  4. TikTok ads: which source have you used (Creative Center top ads, Commercial Content Library, other), what does it give and not give (spend, reach, landing URL, dates), and what broke most often? If you have never collected TikTok ads, say so in one line.
  5. Confirm you are an individual (not an agency), available ~40 h/week for 10 weeks at the fixed $2,500, and list your current job, studies and other contracts with hours per week.

Fix Website Bugs & Improve Existing PDF-to-DWG Engine (AI/Python)

Hourly - Intermediate - Est. Time: Less than 1 month -

I have an existing SaaS application, archidwg.com, that converts architectural drawings into editable DWG files. The application and engine are already developed. DXF-to-DWG and vector PDF-to-DWG work, while scanned PDF conversion needs improvement. I need a developer to: 1. Identify and fix remaining website bugs. 2. Improve the existing scanned PDF conversion engine. 3. Test the full workflow, including uploads, processing, and downloads. 4. Preserve all existing working functionality. Experience with AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex is very important. Python, OpenCV, and AutoCAD/DWG knowledge are highly preferred. Budget: $60 fixed price for the complete agreed scope. This is an improvement and debugging project, not a rebuild.

Artificial IntelligenceChatbotAutomation

Сейчас работает DXF‑to‑DWG и векторный PDF‑to‑DWG, но конверсия сканов PDF требует доработки.

AI agents/bot to play games

Fixed $100 - Entry Level - Est. Time: 1 to 3 months -

looking for someone to teach me or build an AI agent or bot to play games for me on behalf.

PythonBot DevelopmentArtificial Intelligence

Hi AE - please create a job posting for buyer as a 'Service Contract". Plz create a job description for our work. Buyer owns all rights to the final product. But at no time does Upwork have anything to do with the work product.

US Plastic Surgeon Lead List: Niche Practices, Verified Individual Emails

Hourly - Intermediate - Est. Time: Less than 1 month -

We need a list of US plastic surgery practices that specifically focus on one of these 4 niches: Plastic surgery for high BMI patients (BMI over 35) Ethnic rhinoplasty or ethnic-specific aesthetic work Male-specific aesthetics (male-focused practices, not just a surgeon with a gynecomastia page) Revision and failed-surgery patients A general plastic surgeon who lists these as one of many procedures does not count. Each lead needs a link to the page on their site that proves they focus on that niche. Every lead must have: Named surgeon or practice owner (no managers or marketing staff) That person’s individual email. No info, contact, hello, front desk or any other shared inbox, no exceptions. Private practice only. No hospitals, health systems or universities. US only, no duplicates Email verified with your own tool (NeverBounce, ZeroBounce, MillionVerifier or similar) before delivery Columns: practice name, surgeon name, title, email, website, city/state, niche, proof link. Rate: $0.04 per lead. We review every batch and only pay for leads that meet all of the criteria above. There’s plenty of volume available if the quality holds.

Canva Drag-and-Drop Mockup Template Creator | Printify POD | Ongoing Work

Hourly - Intermediate - Est. Time: 1 to 3 months -

Budget: $5–$7 USD per completed reusable product mockup set (please confirm your rate) Project Type: Ongoing freelance work Expected Volume: 5 product sets per week Initial Commitment: 60–90 days, with potential for ongoing work IMPORTANT — PLEASE READ BEFORE APPLYING I am NOT looking for someone to create finished Etsy listing images. I need an experienced Canva mockup template creator who can build fully reusable, drag-and-drop product mockups using functional Canva frames, masks, shadows, overlays, and realistic product photography. The final result must work like the Canva mockup templates sold on Creative Fabrica. I should be able to open the Canva template, drag a completely different design into the designated frame, and have it automatically appear on the product with the correct cropping, positioning, shadows, and realistic appearance. These templates will also be used with AnywherePOD to automate mockup creation for future Printify designs. DO NOT APPLY if you cannot create this type of reusable Canva mockup template. I have already hired freelancers who could create beautiful mockup images but could not build the functional drag-and-drop Canva templates I need. Please do not apply unless you understand the difference. Examples — This Is Exactly the Functionality I Need Please review these Creative Fabrica examples before applying: Designer portfolio: https://www.creativefabrica.com/designer/empavi-mockups/ iPhone Canva mockup templates: https://www.creativefabrica.com/product/iphone-15-pro-max-mockup-canva-templates/ Blanket Canva mockup example 1: https://www.creativefabrica.com/product/blanket-mockup-canva-blanket-template-5/ Blanket Canva mockup example 2: https://www.creativefabrica.com/product/blanket-mockup-canva-blanket-template-4/ Coffee mug Canva mockup: https://www.creativefabrica.com/product/couple-coffee-mug-mockup-canva/ These examples represent the type of editable, reusable Canva mockup functionality I expect. I am not asking you to copy these creators' artwork or templates. I am looking for someone who can independently produce comparable technical functionality and professional quality. About the Project I own Personalized Gifts 4 Her, a growing Etsy print-on-demand gift shop. My products include mugs, candles, journals, phone cases, ornaments, coasters, luggage tags, kindle cases, pillows, blankets, and other personalized gift items. The shop has a refined, modern, feminine aesthetic: quiet luxury, preppy, country-club-inspired, and elevated boutique lifestyle photography. I want to build a master library of reusable Canva mockup templates for each Printify product so that I can use the same templates for dozens or hundreds of different designs. For example, once you create a complete set of 8 reusable Kindle cover mockups, I should be able to use that same set for every new design I launch on that exact Kindle cover. I should NOT have to pay someone to recreate the mockups for every new Etsy listing. Your Responsibilities 1. Create Functional Canva Drag-and-Drop Frames Each mockup must include a properly configured Canva frame that: - Matches the product's actual printable area. - Allows artwork to be replaced simply by dragging and dropping a new design. - Automatically crops artwork to the correct shape. - Maintains accurate positioning and proportions. - Works with different artwork styles and background colors. - Does not require manually rebuilding the scene when artwork changes. A static product photograph with artwork pasted on top is NOT acceptable. 2. Create Realistic Masks, Shadows, and Overlays This is a critical part of the job. Depending on the product, you may need to create: - Custom-shaped frames or masks. - Transparent foreground overlays. - Realistic lighting and shadow layers. - Highlights and reflections. - Product texture overlays. - Correctly masked edges and printable boundaries. - Appropriate artwork transparency. - Perspective adjustments and realistic positioning. For example: Mugs: Artwork must look naturally printed on the mug, with realistic placement and curvature where applicable. Candles: Artwork must sit correctly within the label area, with realistic shadows, highlights, and label boundaries. Blankets: Artwork must follow the visible fabric area and look natural with folds, texture, and shading. Phone cases: Artwork must fit the exact phone case shape, including appropriate cutouts and edges. Ornaments: Artwork must fit within the ornament's printable shape without spilling outside its boundaries. The design should look like it belongs on the physical product, not like a flat graphic pasted over a photograph. 3. Build Templates Compatible With AnywherePOD I use AnywherePOD to create and manage my Printify products. The Canva templates must be suitable for AnywherePOD's custom mockup import workflow. Requirements include: - Functional Canva artwork-replacement frames. - Editable, ungrouped layers. - Correct artwork positioning and cropping. - Documented transparency settings when applicable. - Product-specific sizing and supplier accuracy. - A structure that can be tested with AnywherePOD's Canva import feature. You must be willing to troubleshoot the Canva template if it does not import or replace artwork correctly. I will test the first completed template in AnywherePOD before approving additional work. 4. Create 7–10 Unique Mockup Scenes per Product Each product set should include a selection of the following, depending on the product: 1. Hero image: Bright, attractive, product-focused image suitable for the first Etsy listing photo. 2. Lifestyle image: Product in a realistic, aspirational setting. 3. Close-up: Detailed view of the printable surface or product features. 4. Angled view: Realistic perspective showing product shape and depth. 5. Size/scale reference: Product displayed beside familiar objects or held naturally. 6. Additional product view: Front, back, side, or other relevant angle. 7. Styled flat lay: Beautiful, contemporary arrangement with complementary props. 8. Gift presentation: Product displayed in a thoughtful gifting context. 9. Seasonal lifestyle: Subtle seasonal setting that can be reused across multiple designs. 10. Additional scene: Another useful view appropriate to the product. Not every image needs to show the printed design, but every image containing replaceable artwork must use the required reusable Canva frame system. Styling Guidelines The overall aesthetic should be: - Modern, refined, feminine, and aspirational. - Quiet luxury / preppy / elevated boutique. - Natural, believable lifestyle photography. - Bright, polished, and visually appealing. - Consistent with my shop's brand identity. The product must always be the primary focus. Avoid outdated or overused mockup styling, including decorative beads, jeans, Converse sneakers, excessive plants, cluttered flat lays, or overly staged compositions. AI-Generated Photography Is Welcome AI-assisted lifestyle backgrounds are absolutely fine if the finished results are photorealistic. However: - People must have realistic skin texture and natural features. - Hands and fingers must be anatomically correct. - Products must match the EXACT Printify product. - Lighting, shadows, reflections, and perspective must be believable. - No distorted products, invented features, incorrect proportions, or obvious AI artifacts. Product accuracy is non-negotiable. Products Requiring Mockup Sets I have a master list of approximately 97 products for which I may need reusable Canva mockup sets. The initial products include: - Coasters - Bookmarks - Kindle covers - Hardcover journals - Luggage tags - AirTag cover keychains - Magnetic phone cases - Passport wallets - Trinket trays - Scented candles - Ceramic ornaments - Mugs - Accessory pouches - Jewelry boxes - Cutting boards - Tumblers - Tote bags - Blankets - Pillows - Travel accessories Additional product categories will be assigned as the project progresses. I will provide the specific Printify product link and product specifications for each assignment. Some products may require separate templates for different sizes, colors, or suppliers. What I Will Provide - Direct Printify product links. - Product specifications and available variations. - Sample Canva artwork for testing. - Shop branding, colors, and ideal customer profile. - A list of the required mockup scenes for each product. - Relevant training materials and workflow references. - Feedback and approval on the first completed template. Required Deliverables For each product set, you must deliver: - Approximately 7–10 unique, professionally styled mockup scenes. - A fully editable Canva file containing the mockup templates. - Functional drag-and-drop Canva frames wherever artwork is displayed. - Realistic masking, shadows, and overlays where appropriate. - Ungrouped, editable layers suitable for the intended automation workflow. - Correct product dimensions, shape, and printable area. - Any necessary notes about transparency or special setup. - An organized Canva link that I can duplicate and reuse. Do not deliver flattened PNG/JPG mockups as the final product. PNG or JPG previews may be provided for review, but the required deliverable is the working Canva template. Required Testing Before Delivery Before submitting a product set, test the templates with at least three different designs. I want to see that: - Artwork can be replaced using Canva's drag-and-drop functionality. - Different designs fit the frame correctly. - Cropping and masking work. - Shadows and lighting remain realistic. - Artwork does not extend beyond the printable area. - The template does not require rebuilding when the design changes. - The final product looks professional and realistic. The first paid trial must also pass an AnywherePOD import test before additional product sets are assigned. Ideal Candidate You should have: - Proven experience creating reusable Canva mockup templates. - Experience with Canva frames, masking, shadows, overlays, and layer management. - Experience creating mockups for physical POD products. - A strong understanding of realistic product photography. - The ability to accurately match supplier products and printable areas. - Excellent attention to detail. - Reliable communication and turnaround times. Experience with Printify, AnywherePOD, and AI-assisted lifestyle photography is a strong advantage. Experience making ordinary Etsy listing images alone is NOT sufficient. Budget & Workload My proposed budget is $5–$7 USD per completed reusable Canva product mockup set, not per image and not per Etsy listing. Please confirm whether you can work within this budget or provide your rate for a complete reusable product set. I anticipate assigning approximately 5 product sets per week, depending on complexity, availability, and the quality of the first assignments. The initial project is expected to run for 60–90 days, with the potential for ongoing work. We will begin with one paid technical trial before committing to a larger batch. How to Apply — Read Carefully Begin your proposal with the exact phrase: CREATIVE FAB CANVA This confirms you have read the full job description. Please answer the following questions: 1. Have you personally created functional, reusable Canva mockup templates with drag-and-drop frames, masking, shadows, and overlays? Please provide examples. 2. Have you reviewed the Creative Fabrica examples above? Can you create templates with comparable functionality? 3. Please share a Canva template you created that allows artwork to be replaced using a drag-and-drop frame. A short screen recording demonstrating the replacement process is also acceptable. 4. Which tools do you use to create the mockup photographs, masks, shadow overlays, and Canva frames? 5. Have you worked with Printify products or AnywherePOD? 6. What is your price for one complete reusable Canva product mockup set containing approximately 7–10 scenes? 7. What is your estimated turnaround time, and how many product sets could you complete weekly? Applications that only include examples of flattened Etsy mockup images, without demonstrating reusable Canva template functionality, will not be considered. I am looking for someone who already knows how to do this work, not someone who intends to learn how to build functional Canva mockups after being hired. The goal is to build a professional, reusable mockup library that I can use to automate my Etsy product listings for years to come.

Claude / MCP Go-to-Market Consultant — Successful Launch Experience Essential

Hourly: $30-$120 - Expert - Est. Time: 1 to 3 months -

We are an established Australian B2B SaaS company preparing to launch a new AI-enabled specialist capability. We are exploring Claude as an important distribution and usage channel through: • Claude Marketplace • MCP connectors • Claude plugins • interactive MCP Apps • AI agencies implementing Claude solutions for their business clients The initial launch will be in Australia, with international expansion planned if the model is proven. What we need We are looking for an experienced Claude/MCP go-to-market specialist to help us develop the commercialisation and launch strategy. Please note: This is not a development role and we are not looking for someone to write a lengthy strategy document. We want an experienced go-to-market adviser who can challenge our thinking and help us determine the most effective route to market. The consultancy will likely cover: • positioning within the Claude ecosystem • Claude Marketplace discovery • MCP / plugin / interactive App strategy • acquiring users who have never heard of our company • free-trial and product-led acquisition models • converting free usage to paid usage • direct customer versus intermediary/channel distribution • AI-agency partner, wholesale and reseller models • pricing and monetisation options • authentication, entitlement and payment friction • launch testing and prioritisation • initial market launch followed by international expansion How we want to work Initially, we expect approximately 10 hours of consulting and research, probably structured around three strategy workshops plus preparation/research. The sessions will be recorded and AI transcribed. These discussions will be written into the GTM strategy, so your role is primarily to: • bring specialist Claude/MCP commercial expertise that we lack • research where required • challenge our assumptions • identify opportunities and risks • advise on key strategic decisions • pressure-test the emerging GTM model You will not need to write the final strategy document. There is potential for ongoing advisory work, following the initial engagement, presuming successful take up. Essential experience Please only apply if you have direct, successful experience launching or commercialising products through the Claude/MCP ecosystem Your relevant experience should include: • Claude Marketplace • MCP servers/connectors • Claude plugins • interactive MCP Apps • developer/API products • SaaS monetisation • usage-based products • AI-agent distribution • partner/reseller channels Who Should NOT apply Generic SaaS marketing experience alone is not sufficient. Similarly, technical experience building MCP servers without commercialisation/GTM experience is not what we are seeking. We specifically need someone who understands how MCP-enabled products are: discovered → trialled → adopted → monetised → scaled. Please avoid generic applications. We will prioritise candidates who can demonstrate real-world Claude/MCP launch and commercialisation experience. An NDA will be required before any product, market, customer or technical details are disclosed. Strategy sessions will be recorded/transcribed and AI will be used to help synthesise the discussions into our internal GTM strategy.

Marketing StrategySaaS

ASP.NET Core, React, Supabase.

Ловушка JSS: требуется Job Success 90%+, у Sergey JSS «No score» (читается как 0).

AI-first PPC Expert (Google Ads + full funnel), B2B SaaS, Claude + MCP

Hourly: $25-$45 - Expert - Est. Time: More than 6 months -

We're TimelinesAI, a bootstrapped, fully remote B2B SaaS that connects WhatsApp to CRMs (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho, Salesforce, monday and others) and to AI tools through our MCP server and API. About 3,000 paying SMB customers, mostly self-serve (PLG): people sign up for a free trial, connect WhatsApp and pay $35–100 per seat. We also run a small sales motion for bigger accounts (demo → deal). We're looking for an AI-first PPC expert who optimizes our paid channels by looking at the whole funnel, not just the ad platform, and who runs the work through Claude, MCP and GitHub rather than by hand. The problem • Google Brand brings almost all our paying customers from paid. Non-brand campaigns (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, MCP, virtual numbers) get clicks but very few payers that Google can see, while our own CRM shows demos and payers coming from them. The gap is measurement and bidding, not only targeting. • Google optimizes on the wrong signal today. We had several conflicting primary conversions, values in mixed currencies and no sales signal sent back. We're rebuilding this as one conversion feed from our CRM: a qualified signup and a demo booking first, then new paying customers and won deals with value. It needs someone to own it, check it daily and move bidding to value-based once the data is clean. • Agencies didn't work for us. They're good inside Google or Meta, but they only see the click. Our funnel starts at signup: trial → WhatsApp connected → activated → paid, with a median of ~10 days to the first payment and weeks for sales deals. We need someone who makes decisions from product and revenue data. • We test new channels fast: Bing, Meta, X, Reddit, OpenAI ads (straight to our ChatGPT app), and YouTube with our MCP videos. Every test needs tracking, a budget cap and a stop/go rule, judged by paying customers and MRR, not signups. What's already built (you'll work inside it) • Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, X, Reddit and OpenAI ads, all syncing into PostHog, our product analytics. • An internal agentic CRM that joins billing (Stripe), PostHog, demos and the sales pipeline on one card per customer, with an MCP server you query from Claude. • GitHub-based PPC loops: Claude agents that run 2-week sprints with goals, budget limits and stop rules, report to Slack, and change through pull requests. • Shared skill repos so you can ship a landing-page change or a tracking fix yourself without waiting for another team. What you'll own 1. Measurement first. Keep the CRM-based conversion feed into Google (offline/enhanced conversions, one writer per action, a daily match-rate check), and keep the same picture in GA4 and PostHog. Spot double counting and broken uploads before they cost money. 2. Bidding and structure. Manage Brand and non-brand Search, Performance Max and Bing. Decide manual CPC vs Maximize conversion value, plan the move to value-based bidding once the signal is clean, and keep the accounts from bidding against each other. 3. Full-funnel optimization. Judge every campaign by WhatsApp-connected users, payers, MRR and demos from the CRM and PostHog, not by Google's Conversions column. Cut waste (search terms, negatives, geos) and scale what brings payers. 4. Run it through AI. Operate the accounts with Claude and MCP (Google Ads, GA4, PostHog, our CRM). Keep your loops, prompts and rules in GitHub, with a human approval gate before budgets or bids change. 5. New channel tests. Launch small, capped tests end to end yourself: tracking, creative brief, landing page, spend, readout and a go/no-go call. 6. A short weekly update: spend, payers and MRR by campaign, what you changed, what you'll test next. First 30 days • Week 1: audit the Google Ads account, GA4, PostHog and the CRM against each other, and get the conversion feed and match rate to a level you trust. • Weeks 2–4: clean Search structure and negatives, set budgets and stop rules per campaign, and propose the bidding plan for non-brand CRM campaigns. You're a fit if you • Have run Google Ads for B2B SaaS with a free trial or self-serve signup, and optimized toward payers or pipeline, not leads. • Have set up offline conversion imports / enhanced conversions from a CRM or product database, and understand value-based bidding and conversion lag. • Use Claude (ideally Claude Code) and MCP daily to analyze and change ad accounts, and keep your work in GitHub. • Are comfortable in PostHog or a similar product analytics tool and can write or read a simple SQL query. • Make decisions with a human check on what the AI proposes, and can explain why. Not a fit • Agencies, or managers who don't do the work themselves. • Experience only in e-commerce, B2C or lead-gen where "form submitted" is the goal. • No hands-on AI tooling beyond chat. How we work Hourly, 15–20 h/week, reporting to me (CEO) with a weekly sync, working with our marketing team and our in-house CRM. We start with a short test task (1–2 hours) on our real numbers, then a first 2-week sprint.

  1. Describe one AI workflow you run today to manage or analyze ad accounts: tools (Claude, MCP, scripts), where it runs, how changes are versioned (GitHub?), and what you approve by hand. A repo, Loom or screenshot helps.
  2. Our non-brand Search campaigns show almost no conversions in Google, but our CRM shows demos and payers from them. What do you check first, and how would you get the right signal back to Google?
  3. A self-serve signup pays a median 10 days after the click; sales deals close weeks later. Which conversions would you make primary, with what values, and when would you move from manual CPC to value-based bidding?
  4. Tell us about one B2B SaaS account you ran: monthly spend, the funnel you optimized toward (signup → paid or pipeline), and the result in payers or revenue.

Windows Developer for Technical Review

Hourly - Intermediate - Est. Time: Less than 1 month -

Seeking a freelance Windows developer for a small, fixed-price technical review. Need hands-on experience with native C++, Direct3D 9, and C#/.NET interop. Experience debugging 32-bit Windows applications, native callbacks, and shutdown/resource cleanup is especially valuable. The project involves reviewing a prototype replacement for CopilotBuddy’s execution and graphics-hook components in a test host. The first milestone is a read-only review of selected source and test evidence, with a short written assessment identifying a concrete design, the smallest test to verify it, or the exact missing prerequisite. Implementation and game access are outside this milestone. Please suggest candidates with relevant work samples, ask each to provide one example of debugging a native callback or cleanup issue on Windows, explain how they verified the fix, and quote a fixed price for the review. Show me the draft and suggested matches before posting or hiring.

About the role We are looking for an experienced AI Solution Architect for a fast-growing provider of AI solutions, process automation and SaaS. You will design and steer customer projects, working directly with business clients. The role combines technical architecture with consulting: you understand your clients' business processes and judge where a technical solution truly adds value. Workload: First three months 20 to 30 hours per week, then full-time Duration: Long-term Start: ASAP Experience: 5+ years Industries: Construction, industry and manufacturing Your responsibilities - Company LLM and RAG architecture: Design GDPR-compliant (and Swiss DSG-compliant) company-internal LLM solutions. Build retrieval systems (embeddings, vector databases, chunking strategies) and decide when local, self-hosted models are needed. - AI agents, automation, voice agents and SaaS: Architect autonomous agent systems and deterministic workflows. Design voice agents and SaaS solutions (CRM/ERP integrations), steered with agentic coding tools such as Claude Code and Codex. - Client-facing consulting: Run workshops and discovery sessions with business clients, translate requirements into architecture and present solution concepts clearly. - Process analysis: Understand business processes end to end and across departments, and identify where automation and AI create measurable value. - Quality assurance for AI agents: Detect when an agent gets stuck in loops, hallucinates or works inefficiently (e.g. unnecessarily high token or resource usage), and identify and fix the causes. Your profile - 5+ years of professional experience, with real projects you have built or co-owned (no bootcamp-only knowledge) - Experience in data science, RAG architecture or AI agent development - Strong industry knowledge in construction, industry or manufacturing, and the ability to understand processes broadly and across functions - Client-facing and advisory skills with a professional appearance towards business customers - German at C1 level or higher (clear, error-free communication) and good English - Ability to judge whether code generated by AI agents is clean, secure and functional - High drive, goal orientation and the ability to work independently - Enthusiasm for data science, RAG, local LLMs and digital growth Tech stack (ideally experience with several of these) - Languages and web: TypeScript / JavaScript, Python, Node.js and React (solid fundamentals) - LLMs and models: Commercial LLM APIs (e.g. Claude, GPT) and open-weight, self-hosted models (e.g. Llama, Mistral, Qwen) running via Ollama or vLLM - RAG: Embedding models (multilingual), chunking strategies, hybrid search (semantic and keyword, e.g. BM25), reranking, metadata filtering, retrieval evaluation - Vector and search databases: pgvector / PostgreSQL, Qdrant, Weaviate, Pinecone or Milvus, Elasticsearch - Agents and workflows: LangChain, LlamaIndex or LangGraph, MCP (Model Context Protocol), tool use / function calling, n8n or comparable workflow tools, agentic coding tools (Claude Code, Codex) - Voice agents: Speech-to-text and text-to-speech services, telephony integration and low-latency dialogue design - Integrations: REST and GraphQL APIs, webhooks, CRM and ERP systems - Quality and operations: LLM evaluation and tracing (e.g. LangSmith), guardrails, prompt and cost monitoring, Docker, CI/CD, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or GCP) - Security and compliance: GDPR / DSG, access control, EU or on-premise hosting 📎 Candidates who attach a CV to their application will be prioritized.

We build autonomous AI agents that run outbound for our customers. We’re looking for a Product Manager to build and improve this product so it delivers results for them: replies first, then booked meetings. This is a product role, not a sales role. You will: - Create and own the roadmap across parallel streams and grow it into a multi-customer product - Curate strategic summaries from our PM agents and improve them with our engineers - Represent the product to stakeholders and customers - Implement the product features with our engineers (no development, but familiar with Claude, chat GPT etc - possibility to analyze data, see what APIs provide and how to use that to improve the Product features) You are: - Extremely organized. ServiceNow AI Agents Developer: Security Proof of Concept

Fixed $2,500 - Expert - Est. Time: Less than 1 month -

ServiceNow AI Agents Developer: AI Agent Security Proof of Concept We're building a proof of concept that helps companies see, audit, and control the AI agents running in their ServiceNow instances. The project runs in a ServiceNow lab instance, and the goal is to show how agent activity can be monitored and how risky actions can be blocked before they happen. What you'll work on Build and configure several types of ServiceNow AI agents and agentic workflows in AI Agent Studio, with the setup scripted in Git (ServiceNow SDK) so the lab can be rebuilt with one command. Write read-only scripts that collect agent inventory, conversations, execution plans, and tool usage through ServiceNow APIs. Create checks that detect risky agent configurations, such as public access, over-privileged AI users, or autonomous tools that write data. Connect agent actions to our allow/block decision service, so risky actions are stopped before they run. We provide the decision service; you don't build it. Document everything clearly so another team can pick it up and run it without help. What we're looking for Hands-on experience with ServiceNow AI Agents (AI Agent Studio, Now Assist / Otto) Strong skills in ServiceNow scripting, Flow Designer, and the REST and Table APIs A solid understanding of ServiceNow security, including ACLs, roles, and authentication An interest in security, and clear written communication Details This is a short-term, remote engagement that can start right away. The work is a lab and proof of concept, not a production product. To apply, tell us briefly about a ServiceNow AI Agents project you've worked on, which part of this work you'd be strongest at, and whether you have access to an AI-enabled ServiceNow instance (a free Personal Developer Instance can't run AI Agents).

Automation - Lead generation, ad generation, dummie creation, uploading

Hourly - Intermediate - Est. Time: Less than 1 month -

Hi Samir! Dankjewel!

Blender + Higgsfield + Claude Lead for an AI Luxury Runway Show

Hourly: $18-$35 - Intermediate - Est. Time: 1 to 3 months -

We are a design-led furniture brand preparing its Season One launch. The centrepiece is a fully AI-built digital runway show, staged the way a luxury fashion house stages a show: a vast, dark warehouse, five invented worlds, a full audience, and a slow, cinematic lighting story that ends under a sky of lights. Around the show sits the whole digital rollout: teasers, films for each piece, stills for the website, and cut-downs for social. We already have the concept, a scene-by-scene running order, a grey-box set in Blender built from our real furniture CAD, a film-language guide drawn from luxury runway shows, and an AI studio pipeline run with Claude. We need one exceptional person to build it out with us and take it to a world-class finish. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Build and dress the full 3D set in Blender: the warehouse venue, a central rotating garden, five distinct landscapes and the architectural structures at the end of each, road lighting systems, an overhead lighting rig, carts and props. - Place our real furniture from manufacturing CAD, and keep every piece exactly true to its design. - Light and stage the show beat by beat, as the light changes through the running order. - Turn Blender keyframes into photoreal stills and video with Higgsfield, holding continuity across every shot. - Work inside our Claude-driven workflow (Claude Code, MCP connections to Blender and Higgsfield, the Higgsfield Blender add-on and Bridge), and help us make it faster and more reliable. - Deliver the show film, plus the teasers, piece films, cut-downs and stills for the rollout. YOU MUST HAVE - Expert Blender skills: modelling, scene organisation, lighting, cameras, Cycles and rendering. Python scripting in Blender is a strong plus. - Recent, real work with AI image and video generation, ideally Higgsfield, and a method for consistency across shots (keyframes, references, locked looks) that avoids the usual AI artefacts. - Hands-on experience driving Blender or other creative tools with Claude or another AI agent (MCP, scripted pipelines). - Taste. A deep understanding of high-end fashion and luxury marketing, especially runway show production: set design, lighting, pacing and camera. If you can explain why the best Louis Vuitton shows work, we want to hear from you. - A portfolio that shows all of this. NICE TO HAVE - Furniture or product CGI, set or exhibition design, Unreal Engine, Houdini, editing and grading (DaVinci Resolve or Premiere), sound design. HOW WE'LL START A short paid test. We send one section of the grey-box set and one piece of furniture. You build one road and its structure to a reference, light it, and produce one photoreal keyframe and a short clip. The strongest candidate moves on to the full project. TO APPLY Send your portfolio and answer the screening questions. Applications without relevant 3D and AI work won't be considered. Start your proposal with the word "garden" so we know you've read this far. We must really emphasise that this is as much about having a good eye for art direction as it is about being really good with blender and hyper realistic video and image rendering. We are looking for a very unique candidate.

Retention & Churn Owner (PLG), AI-first operator, B2B SaaS, 20 h/week

Hourly: $20-$45 - Expert - Est. Time: More than 6 months -

We're a B2B SaaS that connects WhatsApp to CRMs (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho and others) and to AI tools through MCP. We have about 2,800 paying SMB customers worldwide. Most of them sign up and pay on their own (PLG). THE PROBLEM Churn takes back about 4–5% of MRR every month. A third of this month's churn is failed payments, and our recovery flows broke twice this year before anyone noticed. We already have the data and the agents. What's missing is one person who owns the number and runs the loop every day. WHAT'S ALREADY BUILT (you don't start from zero) - An internal agentic CRM. It puts billing, product usage, support and call data on one card per customer, and it has an MCP server you can query from Claude Code. - Hourly at-risk lists with the money at stake: cancellation booked, payment failed, WhatsApp disconnected, stopped using the app. - A churn agent that looks into each account, gives a verdict and drafts a letter. A second agent fact-checks the letter, and a person decides whether to send it. - A 10% control group that never gets contacted, so every action is measured against doing nothing. - All rules live in GitHub. You change a rule through a pull request. WHAT YOU'LL OWN 1. Failed payments, first. Make sure every failed invoice reaches the recovery flow (Stripe + Churnkey), and check every week that the campaigns are actually firing. Build a same-day track for bigger accounts across email, SMS, in-app chat and WhatsApp. 2. Booked cancellations. Every one gets a decision within 24 hours, and you reach out to the ones worth saving. 3. Talking to customers. Get on calls and WhatsApp chats with at-risk and recently churned customers, find out what really happened, and save the ones that can be saved. Large accounts go to sales with full context. 4. Win-back and reconnect. Bring back customers who left, plus customers who still pay but whose WhatsApp went dark. 5. Better agents. When a letter is wrong, fix the rule behind it (prompt, template or threshold), not just that one letter. The aim is to safely move small accounts to automatic sending. 6. Root causes. Each month, report the top 3 churn reasons in dollars to the product team, with customer quotes. 7. A weekly written update with your numbers. TARGETS FOR YOUR FIRST 3 MONTHS - Churned MRR down about 20% - Failed-payment recovery back to at least 77% (our 2025 level) and above the control group - 100% of booked cancellations decided within 24 hours - Every at-risk account paying $300+/month has a named person within 1 working day YOU'LL FIT IF YOU - Run AI workflows yourself every day (Claude Code or Codex, MCP, agents, n8n/Make, scripts) and can show us real examples. - Have owned retention, churn or customer success in B2B SaaS, ideally self-serve with SMB customers, and know your numbers: churned MRR, recovery rate, save rate. - Enjoy talking to people. An unhappy customer on a call doesn't scare you, and you'd rather pick up the phone than send a fourth email. - Are comfortable with data: cohorts, SQL/PostHog-level questions, control groups. You check a number before you trust it. - Write clearly and briefly in English. Nice to have: Portuguese or Spanish; Stripe dunning, Churnkey, Intercom or Customer.io; working in GitHub with pull requests. Not a fit: agencies; people who mainly want to manage others; strategy decks without hands-on execution. HOW WE WORK - Long-term hourly retainer, 20 h/week. - We start with a paid pilot of about 10 hours on a real slice of the at-risk queue. - You report to the founder and work daily with support, sales and product, with a weekly 1-hour sync. Async-first; some overlap with CET working hours. TO APPLY, ANSWER THESE 4 QUESTIONS. Generic proposals won't be read. 1. Describe an AI workflow or agent you built and run yourself today: the tools, what it does and how often it runs. A repo, Loom or screenshot helps. 2. Tell us about a customer you saved (or lost) in a live conversation. What did you say? 3. Our failed-payment recovery is about 55%, and the untouched control group recovers about 52%. What do you check first, and what do you change in week one? 4. Your hourly rate, weekly availability, location and time zone.

Build a 5-Hour Live AI Voice Proof-of-Concept (Twilio + Vapi.ai)

Hourly - Intermediate - Est. Time: Less than 1 month -

I am looking for someone to handle Phase 1 of my project. I need a working Live Proof-of-Concept set up using my own brand-new Twilio and Vapi.ai accounts. The Scope of Work is simple: 1. Purchase and configure a single test tracking number in my Twilio account. 2. Link Twilio to Vapi.ai using a webhook/API connection. 3. Program a simple 2-branch routing rule: When a call comes in, it rings a destination number first. If unanswered after 15 seconds (or declined), it seamlessly forwards the line to a Vapi-hosted AI receptionist. 4. Inject a basic system prompt template and pick a high-quality, friendly built-in AI voice so I can call the number and test the conversational flow. This is a straightforward configuration project that should take an expert roughly 3 to 5 hours. If this initial phase goes smoothly and the connection is seamless, I would love to retain you to help oversee the full multi-tenant web dashboard build next. Please let me know your availability to start and your estimated fixed price for this initial setup.

Стек и инструменты: HubSpot, Clay, Apollo.io, Make.com, Zapier, API-интеграции, маркетинговая автоматизация и аналитика.

WhatsApp API、Chatwoot

Hourly - Intermediate - Est. Time: Less than 1 month -

我们也不清楚如何申请和配置 WhatsApp Coexistence(共存模式)。

Senior FinTech Developer to Build a Credit Report, Dispute & Funding Web App

Fixed $500 - Intermediate - Est. Time: Less than 1 month -

Generational Wealth Enterprises LLC is hiring a senior full-stack developer or small software agency to build an affordable, self-service credit and funding subscription web app. Customers should be able to analyze credit reports, prepare and track disputes, handle identity-theft recovery, build credit, and explore personal and business funding from one account. The goal is to automate routine work and give staff a way to review exceptions. First milestone — working prototype My proposed budget for this milestone is $500. Tell me what you can deliver within that amount and quote any additional work separately. Use one fictional credit report PDF to demonstrate this workflow: 1. A customer signs in and uploads the sample PDF. 2. The app extracts an account’s creditor name, reported balance, and status, and shows the source page. 3. The customer corrects any extraction error and identifies the specific information they believe is inaccurate. 4. The customer reviews and approves a bureau-specific letter based on the facts they confirmed, then downloads it as a PDF. Show the workflow running end to end. Use fictional reports, IDs, and other documents for development and demos. Full platform — quote each phase separately * Three-bureau credit report analysis. Support defined upload formats for Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion. Organize collections, inquiries, account balances, payment history, statuses, and other entries by bureau and report date. Show the exact report and page supporting each finding. Compare older and newer reports to show what was added, removed, changed, or appears to have reappeared. Show which bureaus display the item. Flag possible issues for customer review, including inconsistent balances, duplicate entries, and accounts or inquiries the customer doesn’t recognize. Let customers correct extraction errors and confirm their own facts. Quote authorized automatic report imports separately. * Standard disputes and follow-ups. Let customers select each disputed item, explain what’s wrong, state the correction they’re requesting, and attach relevant evidence. Generate bureau-specific letters and packets for issues such as an incorrect balance, payment history, account ownership, inquiry, or possible reinsertion. For a reappearance, show the prior report, the report where the item was absent, and the report where it came back, when available. Preserve the original files and let the customer include the exact supporting pages. Use separate templates for ordinary disputes, reinsertion follow-ups, and identity-theft block requests. * FTC identity-theft reporting and Section 605B block packets. Add a dedicated workflow for customers who say they experienced identity theft. Guide them to IdentityTheft.gov to complete and submit their own official FTC report, then let them securely upload a copy. Have the customer identify the specific accounts, inquiries, or other entries they believe resulted from identity theft and confirm their statements. Build a separate packet for each affected bureau with the request letter, FTC report, appropriate proof of identity, the item list, and the customer’s statement that the information does not relate to a transaction they made. Include a checklist for proof of address or other supporting documents when applicable. Show missing documents before submission. Keep the FTC report, bureau block request, and ordinary dispute workflows separate. The app should never infer identity theft from an unfamiliar entry or file an official FTC report for the customer. * Delivery, tracking, and escalation. Let customers approve, download, and track each packet. Quote a print-and-mail service separately, including certified mail or tracking where available, and prevent duplicate mailings. Identify supported official electronic submission routes and any permissions they require. Track approval, mailing, delivery, bureau responses, and follow-up dates. For Section 605B, use the bureau’s receipt date for a complete request when known. Let customers log outcomes such as blocked, denied, verified, missing proof, or reappeared. Prepare a follow-up packet from the actual response and supporting records. Add a CFPB complaint draft workflow that assembles the timeline, prior disputes, and evidence, checks the applicable portal requirements, and lets the customer review and submit through the official channel. Automate monthly reviews and reminders, with customer approval required before any new mailing. * Secure membership and document handling. Build a mobile-friendly website, secure login, customer dashboard, and admin dashboard. Explain how you’ll keep customer files separate, encrypt sensitive information, restrict staff access, log access and changes, and handle retention and deletion. Request ID documents or proof of address only when needed for a specific workflow. Build monthly membership management and cancellation. Quote payment processing separately and leave live billing disabled until GWE approves the processor and billing rules. * Credit building. Give customers a personalized action plan and progress tracker for steps such as managing utilization and exploring secured credit products. Quote partner enrollment or credit-reporting integrations separately. * Personal and business funding. Build separate questionnaires, funding-readiness checklists, and referral tracking for each. Explain how you’d connect GWE’s existing broker relationship, subject to partner permissions. Identify what the customer authorizes GWE to share and which steps the funding partner handles. * Launch tools. Build an email-verified waitlist, automatic delivery of our free GWE Credit Report Review Kit, and signup tracking by source. Quote any launch promotion separately. The first-week stretch goal is 2,000 verified waitlist signups. Followers and paying subscribers will be tracked separately. What to include in your proposal 1. A demo of a comparable customer-facing app and an explanation of what you personally built. 2. Your fixed price, timeline, and exact deliverables for the first milestone, plus a separate estimate for each later phase. 3. Which features work inside the app, which send the customer to an official portal, and which require third-party approval or access. 4. Estimated ongoing costs for hosting, maintenance, credit data, mailing, and partner services. Separate monthly costs from per-customer and per-letter charges. 5. Your testing and handoff plan, including how GWE will control the source code, hosting, documentation, and vendor accounts. If you recommend AI, quote it separately and show how customers can verify the output against the source report before they use it.

Generational Wealth Enterprises LLC wants a self‑service web application that lets customers view credit reports, dispute errors, recover identity theft, and explore personal or business funding from a single account. The first milestone is a prototype that can upload a sample credit‑report PDF, extract key data (creditor name, balance, status), allow the user to correct extraction errors, and generate a bureau‑specific dispute letter that can be downloaded as PDF. The full platform will support three credit bureaus (Experian, Equifax, TransUnion), organize reports by date and bureau, compare historic reports, flag inconsistencies, enable standard and re‑insertion disputes, and provide separate FTC identity‑theft reporting and Section 605B block packet workflows. Work is fixed‑price $500 for the prototype, delivered in less than one month, with the client expected to provide the PDF sample and any required evidence for dispute letters.

Sergey has strong full‑stack experience with ASP.NET Core back‑end, React/Next.js front‑end, and Supabase integration, enabling him to build the PDF parsing API, UI, and workflow automation required for the prototype within the $500 fixed budget.

The main risk is the very low fixed budget and lack of client history, which may limit the time available for thorough testing and could cause scope creep or missed deadlines.

HubSpot Landing Page & Google Ads Specialist - Enterprise B2B Setup (Fixed-Bid)

Fixed $500 - Expert - Est. Time: 1 to 3 months -

Hi everyone, I am looking to hire an experienced, top-tier HubSpot and Google Ads specialist to audit my pre-configured ad campaign, build a high-converting B2B multi-step landing page framework, and connect the two platforms seamlessly. Our company is a Tier-1 nationwide provider of live, high-volume experiential airbrush tattoos for trade shows, corporate brand activations, and national tours. We are pivoting away from consumer audiences to focus exclusively on enterprise corporate producers. PROJECT SCOPE REQUIRED: 1. GOOGLE ADS CAMPAIGN AUDIT & OPTIMIZATION - I have already pre-configured the draft ad campaign, keywords, and text assets based on strict B2B targeting rules. - Your job will be to thoroughly audit my draft settings to ensure they are 100% dialed in before launch. - You must verify that geo-targeting is locked to "Presence only," device metrics are balanced, budget parameters are safe, and the provided negative keyword lists are correctly applied. - Upload 4-6 high-quality corporate event photos (provided by us) as ad image extensions. 2. HUBSPOT LANDING PAGE BUILD & PHOTO PLACEMENT - Build 1 optimized enterprise B2B landing page using typography and clean assets from our existing main website (URL provided upon hire). - Embed a grayscale, horizontally centered client logo showcase strip (trust badges) directly beneath the hero fold. - Layout 2-3 high-resolution showcase images within the page structure to highlight live corporate activations. - Ensure the layout is ultra-premium, sleek, and distraction-free (no main website navigation headers/footers). - Completely strip out all consumer/retail elements (no mention of birthdays, kids, or discounts) and remove all public company phone numbers. 3. MULTI-STEP B2B LEAD FORM INTEGRATION Create a clean, multi-step / multi-page form to maximize completion rates. The form fields must include: - Step 1 (Contact info): First/Last Name, Work Email, Company Name, Direct Mobile/Phone (Required). - Step 2 (Event Scale): Event Type (Dropdown), Estimated Daily Attendance (Dropdown), Event Date(s), Venue Name / Targeted City or Cities. - Step 3 (Activation Logistics): Daily Activation Hours, Custom Brand Logo Replication Needed? (Yes/No Dropdown), and If Yes, Number of Custom Logos (Conditional Text Field). 4. EMAIL AUTOMATION WORKFLOW - Set up a plain-text confirmation email from the CEO's corporate email address that triggers instantly to the prospect upon form submission (copy provided to the hired freelancer). 5. 8-CITY ARCHITECTURE (DYNAMICS & STANDBY) - Build out the Las Vegas campaign and page framework completely as our master template. - Implement dynamic URL parameters or smart content in HubSpot so that the landing page header automatically displays the correct city based on the incoming ad click (or set up cloned pages based on the master template). - Replicate this exact campaign framework inside our Google Ads account for: Las Vegas, Orlando, Miami, Atlanta, Phoenix, Austin, San Antonio, and Dallas. Update the geo-location targeting fields and modify the localized ad headlines as specified in our brief. - CRUCIAL REQUIREMENT: Leave Orlando, Miami, Atlanta, Phoenix, Austin, San Antonio, and Dallas campaigns PAUSED on standby. Only the Las Vegas campaign should be active at launch. 6. INTEGRATION & PIXELS - Link my 10-digit Google Ads account to HubSpot. - Deploy the Google Tag tracking script across the HubSpot landing page. - Map the specific HubSpot form submission as a "Primary Conversion Event" inside Google Ads so the algorithm optimizes for actual quotes. CRUCIAL APPLICATION INSTRUCTION: To prove you have read this entire project brief and are not an automated bidding bot, you MUST begin the very first line of your reply with the exact phrase: "TIER 1 HUBSPOT SPECIALIST". If your proposal does not start with these exact words, it will be automatically declined without review. TO APPLY, PLEASE PROVIDE: 1. Examples of B2B multi-step landing pages you have built inside HubSpot. 2. Confirmation of your experience auditing Google Ads campaigns and linking them to HubSpot for Primary Conversion tracking. 3. Your fixed-bid price for this complete campaign audit and 8-city architecture setup. 4. Your estimated timeline to complete this build. *Note: All initial screening and communications will happen strictly through this platform. Direct contact information will only be shared with the selected candidate upon project kickoff.* Thank you!
